NOTIFICATION
Roll No. Wise Result of Entrance Test (2010) of All India Sikh
Minority Community candidates, held on 07.03.2010, for admission to
MD/MS/MDS courses at Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Medical Sciences &
Research and Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Sri
Amritsar for the session 2010-11.
The result of this test is purely provisional and shall not
ispo facto entitle a candidate to get admission to MD/MS/MDS course which
requires a complete compliance of all the candidates as laid down in the
prospectus verification of all relevant document regarding eligibility,
and does finally by the Institute where the candidate is admitted.
It the document(s) supplied by a candidate in support of
his/her claim for a reservation category is/are found deficient in any
respect or is/are not signed by the authority competent to do so, the same
shall be rejected and the candidates shall not have claim for admission
under the reservation category. Nonetheless, the candidates shall be
considered for admission against general category, if otherwise eligible.
‘NE’
(NOT ELIGIBLE) in the column of Rank Order indicates that the candidate
has failed to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the main paper of clinical
subject.
‘NQ’
(NOT QUALIFIED) in the column of Rank Order indicates that the candidate
has not qualified in the paper on Sikh Religion & History, i.e he/she has
not obtained minimum of 20 marks in this paper, and is, therefore, not
qualified for being placed in the merit list, irrespective of the marks
obtained by him/her in the main paper of clinical subject.
Notes: - 1.
Due to any mistake that might have inadvertently crept in and consequent
upon rectification of such a mistake merit/rank order may have to be
altered. The candidate so affected would not have any claim whatsoever to
their original rank.
2. All eligible candidates upto the rank of 28 for MD/MS and upto the rank
of 18 for MDS shall appear for counselling at Sri Guru Ram Das Institute
of Medical Sciences & Research,
Mehta Road,
Sri vallah, Amritsar. The date for the counselling will be displayed on
the website
www.sgrdimsr.org .
No separate call
letter shall be sent.
